Thank you for choosing MUSE Content Studio! By booking and using our services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms of Service. Please read them carefully before making a reservation.

1. General Terms
MUSE Content Studio (“we,” “us,” “our”) provides a space for influencers, small brands, and other individuals to rent for content creation and related activities. By booking a session with MUSE, you (“client,” “you,” “your”) agree to these Terms of Service.

2. Booking & Reservations
• Booking Process: All bookings must be made through our website or via direct communication with our team. Bookings are subject to availability.
• Payment: Full payment must be received at the time of booking. Payments are processed securely through PayPal.
• Cancellations and Rescheduling:
- Cancellations made 7 days in advance will receive a full refund.
- Cancellations made 4 days in advance will receive a 50% refund.
- Cancellations made less than 48 hours in advance will not be refunded.
- If rescheduling, clients must notify us at least 3 days before the original session time.
• Late Arrivals: Clients who arrive late will be charged for the full session duration and may have their session time shortened depending on the schedule.

3. Studio Usage
• Permitted Use: The studio may only be used for content creation and related activities. Clients are not permitted to use the space for any unlawful or unsafe activities.
• Studio Equipment & Property:
- Clients are responsible for any damage to the studio equipment, furniture, or property during their session, whether caused intentionally, by accident, or through negligence.
- If damage occurs, the client will be held liable for the repair or replacement costs. The cost will be determined based on the severity of the damage and may include any necessary repair fees, replacement costs, and any downtime caused by the damage.
- All damage must be reported immediately to MUSE staff. Failure to do so may result in additional fees.
- Any missing or damaged equipment must be reported immediately. Clients may be charged for repairs or replacements based on the value of the item(s).
• Cleanliness: Clients are expected to leave the studio in the same condition they found it. All trash must be disposed of in the designated bins, and personal belongings must be taken at the end of the session.

4. Client Responsibilities
• Conduct: Clients must conduct themselves in a professional and respectful manner while using the studio. MUSE reserves the right to terminate any session if the client is behaving inappropriately, with no refund provided.
• Insurance: Clients are encouraged to have their own insurance for personal equipment, injury, or loss of property during studio use.
• Children and Pets: Children and pets are allowed in the studio only with prior approval and at the client’s own risk. Clients are responsible for the safety of their children and pets during the session.

5. Studio Access & Security
• Access: Studio access will be provided at the booked time. Early access is not permitted unless arranged in advance
• Parking is available (2 spots)
• Security: Clients are responsible for securing their personal belongings during their session. MUSE is not liable for lost or stolen items.

6. Liability & Indemnity
• Limitation of Liability: MUSE is not responsible for any injuries, accidents, or losses that occur during a session, except in cases of negligence or misconduct by MUSE.
• Indemnification: Clients agree to indemnify and hold MUSE harmless from any claims, damages, or losses arising from their use of the studio, including but not limited to personal injury, property damage, or loss.

7. Privacy & Data Protection
• Personal Information: We respect your privacy. Personal information provided during booking will only be used for the purpose of fulfilling your reservation and communicating about your session.
• Photographs & Recordings: By booking a session with MUSE, you consent to having photos or videos taken of your session for marketing purposes unless you inform us otherwise.

8. Changes to Terms
MUSE reserves the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Any changes will be communicated to clients and will be effective immediately upon posting on our website.

9. Governing Law
These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of New South Wales (NSW), and any disputes will be resolved within this jurisdiction
